We guide you through the entire process

At Ecorecargo, we support you throughout the entire process, from the initial assessment to installation and after-sales service. We analyse your needs and recommend the best solution so you can charge your vehicle safely, efficiently and with no surprises.

We support you every step of the way

1

Contracted power

Each home has a different contracted power level, which directly affects charging time.

We help you determine whether you need to increase your contracted power to improve performance without compromising your electrical installation.

We also recommend installing a load balancer, which automatically distributes power between your car and your home, helping to prevent overloads and power cuts.

2

Your home ’s electrical setup

We analyse your vehicle to find the best possible balance between power, charging time and safety.

SINGLE-PHASE

The most common setup in homes. It supports up to 7.4 kW, making it suitable for most installations.

THREE-PHASE

Common in larger homes and businesses. It supports up to 22 kW, allowing faster charging and the possibility of supplying several charging points.

3

We analyse and optimise your electricity bill

We optimise your electricity tariff so charging your car costs you less.

We advise you on the most suitable tariffs and charging times (off-peak, standard and peak) and help you decide whether changing supplier or contract type would be worthwhile.

Our goal: to make your charging point efficient on your electricity bill too.

4

Location
and property type

We analyse the area where the charging point will be installed to provide the best technical and aesthetic solution.

Depending on your circumstances, we guide you towards the most suitable service.

COMMUNAL GARAGE

We guide you through the communication process with the residents’ association.

SINGLE-FAMILY HOME

We install the charging point where it best suits you, ensuring safety and a clean installation.

PLUG-IN HYBRID (PHEV)

It has a smaller battery, so its maximum charging power is generally more limited.

100% ELECTRIC VEHICLE (BEV)

It requires more power and longer charging sessions. We recommend a higher-capacity charging point (7.4 kW or 22 kW) to make full use of the vehicle’s range.
